VIP stands for "Volunteers in Progress". You may be familiar with PTAs, the national organization functioning in many schools across the country. At Reagan, it is our hope that every parent or community member that wants to volunteer can do so without belonging to a formalized organization. Though our VIP is not nationally affiliated, we are proud to serve our school in many of the same ways.
Some of the VIP activities for the 2009-2010 school year include:
Helping with book fairs
Counting and sending in Box Tops for Education
Conference meals for teachers
Eloquent Etiquette Luncheons
Entertainment Book sales
Family Fun events
Stuffing Friday Folders
Being an "On-Call" VIP
Helping with Original Works Art sales
Reagan Inaugural Ball
Collecting receipts and labels
Restaurant Nights
Helping with the school directory
"Show What You Know" Fair
Spirit Wear
Staff Appreciation Week
Teacher Treats
Delivering "Warm Reagan Welcome" bags to new families
Yearbook
Younkers Community Day Sale

* Box Tops for Education - A collection box is located in each classroom. The classroom that has the most Box Tops collected at the end of each month will be treated to donuts.
* Land O Lakes gallon milk jug caps
* Campbell Soup labels - please include the UPC code
* HyVee receipts - HyVee will return a percentage of total receipts
Milk jug caps, soup labels, and HyVee receipts can be placed in our receipt box in the office.
